Returns Policy |
If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange. They do not issue refunds unless the merchandise is defect. The shoes must be in new condition and sent back in their original box. Shoes that have been worn outside are not considered new.
Returns are only possible within 14 days after you received the order.
All costs for return shipping have to be borne by the customer as long as it is not a result of our error (i.e. wrong size, style etc...).
Damaged, modified or worn footwear can not be returned.
