A RA Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning product to Habitat All item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, not washed, with original tags and boxes and return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving product. Complete Return/Exchange/Store Credit form provided with the shipment to include in your returned package. Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded once returned product is approved. Customer will be refunded in original form of payment or product will be exchanged upon delivery and inspection. If they receive a returned item that doesn’t meet their return guidelines, the product will be sent back to you at your expense. Please make sure your purchase meets their guidelines.
