You qualify for free second day shipping if your shipping address is within the 48 contiguous United States where DHL overnight delivery is available (DHL does not ship to PO Boxes).
Orders over $400 will always require a signature. For orders under $400, the package delivery driver will generally make a judgment as to whether the package can be safely left at the address, or whether another delivery attempt should be made.
