Delivery / Shipping |
All orders requesting 2nd Day or Next Day delivery will be shipped the same business day, if and only if, the order is received by 12:00 p.m. Arizona Standard Time. The orders that miss the noon deadline will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will take 1-2 additional business days. All orders requesting Best Ground service will be shipped for delivery within 3 to10 business days from the day the order was placed.

Returns Policy |
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through mail order, call center, or website and it is within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via surface delivery at no charge to the customer.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. All checks and money orders need to be made out to Simple Shoes. We will hold all orders paid by personal check for 19 business days while the check clears the bank.
